FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT
Lyn Winter, MA (Cantab), is the founder and president of Lyn Winter, Inc., a strategic communications and advisory agency specializing in contemporary art and visual culture.
Lyn has more than thirty five years' experience working in the U.S., UK, Europe and the Middle East with major corporations, institutions and individual leaders in the fields of art, design, fashion, architecture, music, film, finance, luxury and media among them Christie’s, Google, Levi’s, Louis Vuitton, Marriott International, Merrill Lynch, MTV Networks, and the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles (MOCA), where she served as Director of Communications from 2007-2014 during a period of financial and leadership crisis, transformation and turnaround.

Lyn has led communications campaigns for artists including Doug Aitken, Urs Fischer, Cai Guo-Qiang, Robert Longo, Rodney McMillian, Ed Moses, and Takashi Murakami, among others. She is the executive producer of artist films including for Rodarte, Marina Abramovic and for Suprasensorial: Experiments in Light, Color and Space, a museum exhibition of pioneering Latin American artists.
Lyn is editor of architectural designer Scott Mitchell’s first monograph Scott Mitchell Houses published by Rizzoli. She is also the executive producer of Rodeo Drive-The Podcast, an acclaimed podcast series that explores the past, present and future of the iconic fashion and luxury thoroughfare in Beverly Hills.
Lyn has served on the board of Desert X, the Los Angeles Advisory Committee for projectart, and on the Honorary Committee of the first edition of Design Miami. LA in 2024.
Born in Manchester, UK, Lyn graduated with a First Class Master of Arts degree from the University of Cambridge. She resides in Los Angeles and Palm Springs, where she owns a historic residence designed by modernist architect William F. Cody.

ISABELLE ALFONSO
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Isabelle Alfonso graduated from Chapman University with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic and Corporate Communication and a minor in Fine and Studio Art. Her passion for using art and communication to build bridges between cultural and social realms inspired her to obtain this unique degree.
Isabelle has worked on various marketing campaigns, identifying target audiences and creating tailored messaging that reflects an organization’s identity, establishes a reliable and trustworthy brand image and changes people’s social behavior around a variety of issues.
Isabelle worked with artist Micol Hebron to assist and collaborate on the Male Nipple Pasty installation in the 2022 Skin in the Game exhibition curated by Zoe Lukov in Chicago. Her personal art practice includes working with issues of bodily oppression and liberation. Inspired by feminist performance art from the 1960s and 70s, her art explores concepts of autonomy, identity, consciousness, and femininity.
ALEXANDRA BTESH
COMMUNICATIONS ASSOCIATE
Alexandra Btesh began her career in communications working in London for Aurelia Public Relations on several luxury accounts including Krug, Versace and David Morris. She then spent time working for Richard Curtis in the production offices of the BAFTA Award-winning film “Notting Hill,” as well as working as a personal assistant to the British arts broadcaster and journalist, Mariella Frostrup, which deepened her interest in media, film, entertainment, and the arts.
Alexandra graduated with a BA with Honors in Classics from Manchester University. After time spent working in London she then took a second degree, graduating with a BA with Honors in Acting and Theatre from Manchester Metropolitan University. Alexandra then spent many years working as an actor in theater, television and radio. Simultaneously, she also worked at the Royal Exchange Theatre, Manchester as part of the front of house and production teams.
Alexandra’s responsibilities as Communications Associate include media monitoring and reporting, data management, assisting with international media requests across several arts and culture accounts as well as select research and writing assignments.
